Booking & Pre-payments:
A pre-payment amounting the cost of 30% of the total rent and guarantees to a client the booking of a chosen apartment. The pre-payment makes part of the total cost and is deducted at the final settlement. Booking dates cannot be altered. You are required to pay in full on the day of arrival or departure, the pre-payment deducted from the total. An apartment can be booked only after the pre-payment is received. After receiving the pre-payment we will send to you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its details. We cannot guarantee any booking without a pre-payment. In case you do not want to make a pre-payment, you are welcome to call us on your arrival and we’ll be happy to help you in case there are unoccupied rooms or apartments at the moment.
Policies on children and additional beds:
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib. Up to two children from 2 to 6 year stay free of charge when using existing beds. Up to two children from 6 to 12 year are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Please call administration on (+30) 22460 71784 or (+30) 22460 71892 to cancel your reservation. A cancellation reference will be provided, please retain this for your records. Should you cancel or amend your reservation 21 days before the arrival date, in all other cases you will incur a full cancellation charge for the amount of your pre-payment. Should you need to amend your day of departure, please contact Reception one day prior to avoid a one night charge.
